Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: Sessions and workshops need advance booking via our website or direct contact. Pay in full at booking. Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to reschedule without penalty. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session fee. Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). Clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled session or credit. Workshops: Refunds for workshops are not available within 7 days of the event unless canceled by us, in which case a full refund or credit will be issued.
