Welcome to Thrive Relationship Coaching! By engaging with our website, services, or programs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

1. Services Overview

Thrive Relationship Coaching provides professional coaching for individuals and couples seeking to improve their relationships and personal well-being. Services include one-on-one sessions, couples sessions, workshops, subscription-based real-time support, and discovery calls. All offerings are designed to empower clients with tools, insights, and strategies for growth, delivered through expert guidance.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By booking or participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations: Sessions and workshops require advance booking via our website or direct contact. Availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation by Thrive Relationship Coaching.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5.
Packages: Session packages (e.g., six-session bundles) require a commitment to the full term, payable upfront at the discounted rate.
Subscription Service: Real-time access requires completion of at least three prior sessions or a package purchase. Monthly fees are billed automatically until canceled (see Section 6).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to reschedule without penalty. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session fee.
Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). Clients will be notified promptly and offered a rescheduled session or credit.
Workshops: Refunds for workshops are not available within 7 days of the event unless canceled by us, in which case a full refund or credit will be issued.

5. Refund Policy

General Services: Coaching fees are non-refundable once a session occurs. Unused package sessions may be refunded at our discretion, minus a 20% administrative fee, if requested within 14 days of purchase and before the third session.
Discovery Calls: Free discovery calls carry no refund obligation. Paid introductory sessions follow the general refund policy.
Satisfaction: We strive for your satisfaction but do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on client participation and effort.

6. Subscription Service Terms

Access: Eligible clients (three sessions minimum) may subscribe for real-time text/phone support. Access begins upon payment and continues monthly.
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date. You may cancel anytime with 5 days’ notice before renewal; no refunds for partial months.
Usage: Fair use applies—excessive contact may prompt a review of your plan to ensure mutual benefit.

7. Confidentiality

We prioritize your privacy. All information shared during coaching is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm) or with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Participate fully and honestly in sessions.
Provide accurate information during booking and coaching.
Respect the coach’s time and boundaries, including adhering to scheduled times and communication guidelines.

9. Limitations of Service

Not Therapy: Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. We address goals and growth, not mental health diagnoses or legal disputes.
Outcomes: Success depends on your commitment. We provide guidance, not guarantees.
Scope: Topics discussed (e.g., trust, communication) are client-driven but must align with our expertise.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and content provided by Thrive Relationship Coaching (e.g., worksheets, session frameworks) are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal purposes but not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

You violate these Terms (e.g., non-payment, disrespectful behavior).
We determine coaching is no longer suitable for your needs.
Refunds for unused sessions, if applicable, follow Section 5.

12. Liability

Thrive Relationship Coaching, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the court of Santa Clara County.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
